These Are People With The Ranks Of: Sr Mod, Sr Admin, Head Moderator, Head Administrator and Owner.
How the new staff system works:
As of 29th March 2017, the training system is one week, this being training for what could potentially come with their job at Mage. After this one week is up, either xXCrazyPancakeXx and groovyshoes will assess the Trainee's work and will talk with the "SIC" (Staff In Charge) of the trainee in question. In this process, the decision will be made to either; Accept the staff member in as a Junior Moderator, Deny and ask the Trainee in question to re-apply or, extend the training period for up to 7 more days.
Staff in charge of a player is determined by either Groovyshoes or xXCrazyPancakeXx. SIC's are incharge of making sure that their trainee's don't mess up as a Trainee or Jr Moderator.
Soooo, Who can actually demote people?
While Trainee or Jr Mod, The Respective SIC or HOD can lay a request to xXCrazyPancakeXx who will look into it.
